I'm dating a female kick boxer if that means anything haha. She's not like those gross huge female fighters. Just very fit. We work out together sometimes. (And yes, she can beat me up -.-) haha

I really enjoy the routine I've gotten into...

I think a healthy lifestyle is the best way to really live life to the fullest.
Health encompasses a lot of things - all of which are important: physical, mental, and spiritual health all fall into this category.

That said, I think it's important to be growing and working on all of those things. If we are not taking care of our bodies how are we go really LIVE fully for God? If we are not exercising our minds, how do we expect people to respect our opinions? If we are not growing spiritually, who are we to claim any sort of truth?

I think it's all important. I think health is attractive. In fact, scientific studies say that all people are naturally attracted to health. And not to confuse health with perfection. Health is a lifestyle. It is not immediate and it is not everlasting... it is something on which we must work each and every day of our lives.

If I am committed to being healthy in all of these ways then I hope and pray my future spouse shares this value.

just like u can be small/thin or medium and be unhealthy. I know more smaller deople that are unhealthy than any other type.

I guess we are classifying people by size and fitness/health level now.

Which brings up another point fit usually refers to the physical shape you are in and exercise you do.
Health is a lot broader than that.

I bet we all know people who work out regularly but smoke or drink alot.

Fibonacci numbers also appear in the description of the reproduction of a population of idealized honeybees, according to the following rules:

  • If an egg is laid by an unmated female, it hatches a male or drone bee.
  • If, however, an egg was fertilized by a male, it hatches a female.
Thus, a male bee will always have one parent, and a female bee will have two.

If one traces the ancestry of any male bee (1 bee), he has 1 female parent (1 bee). This female had 2 parents, a male and a female (2 bees). The female had two parents, a male and a female, and the male had one female (3 bees). Those two females each had two parents, and the male had one (5 bees).

This sequence of numbers of parents is the Fibonacci sequence.

This is an idealization that does not describe actual bee ancestries. In reality, some ancestors of a particular bee will always be sisters or brothers, thus breaking the lineage of distinct parents.

I want my wife to be slim, fit and utterly gorgeous. As for myself, however, I've grown rather fond of my beer gut. But men are allowed to be fat aren't they?

I'm very underweight for my age. My arms are sticks... Lol. I definitely want to get into working out at one point. I have tried it before, but I ended up not gaining any weight. I also injured myself... So I have to learn better techniques, both with eating and the actual exercises. But i'm definitely going to get muscular at one point!!! I declare it.

Just to clarify, I don't want to be some enormous hulk though lol. Just a little bigger than I am now, and healthy.

When it comes to a partner, I just want her to be healthy. I'm not expecting her to be some size 0 chick... A normal, healthy weight is more than fine for me.

Here's your mantra (I know it well): You gain strength under the barbell, but you gain weight in the kitchen. If you're looking to put on mass, you can't do it with exercise alone. Strength training is 10% exercise and 90% nutrition. Not joking.

And... you have to drink a gallon of milk a day.

That's what I heard.

My eating habits are pretty terrible right now, so I have to change that up a bit lol. The unhealthy stuff just tastes sooo good...

I just really, really hope that my future spouse will want to play racquetball with me. Not only want to play, but be at least my level or a little better (for a challenge), because I'm somewhat competitive in that way and it's hard for me to go easy on people, especially in racquetball because it's especially gratifying to me to just smack that ball hard.
