The only thing that comes to mind are the lyrics..."when you get caught between the moon and New York City...the best that you can do is fall in love"

Dave & Buster's looks like the most obnoxious places in the world to visit. I don't care if they have the best "cheesy" anything...I cringe when I see one of their commercials.

Oh wait..what's this thread about?

Umm said it before & will say it again...nothing wrong with being classified as a girl's "friend"...I don't see how this can be a bad thing as a man. Oh wait..I get it,'cause like the guy is so obsessed with her in a "romantic or physical" sense that his ego is somehow damaged beyond repair if she doesn't have those "feeling's" for him in return, right?

I think it's normal to feel like that now & then..I suppose it's "normal"...but I try not to let something like that rule me,because if I did I'd certainly miss out on having some really great friends who are women.

Oh and ummm yeah, like I always drone on & on about...yanno,the fact that the person you do in fact date/marry,whatever should be your friend before & during said activities.

Sorry to derail.

There's one in a really snooty area of town and the upstairs restaurant is actually pretty nice. I only ventured into the abyss below once and greatly regretted it. I'm still not brave enough to try the one near downtown.

Don't get me confused here, one game at a time...
Take an arrow in the knee, go straight to the friendzone, do not pass go, do not collect two hundred dollars.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the

Yesterday I was visiting my friend whom I've known since I was 3 years old. I know her very well. Anyhow she was telling me about this man that likes her and they've gone out a few times. She told me that there really is no spark and she's not attracted to him at all.

So I said, well you don't have to continue dating him. You're going to have to tell him that you don't have those feelings for him. She told me that another friend of our's and her Mom told her to give it time, he'll grow on you.

I said, kind of like a wart? This man has a lot of money and owns a successful business, he also is a professor at one of the local colleges. I think that's why they're telling her to give it time.

I told her it would be easier to let him know now how she feels. Before he thinks they're getting serious. So I guess she is going to friend zone him today and I feel kind of bad that I'm the one that suggested she do that. If she has no real interest in this person I don't see why she should continue on like their dating.

I am horrible for my suggestion to her or should she let him grow on her like a wart?
