My post is from the position of working in a setting where talking means less production, and also from someone who is involved.

(but I would do my best to not be offensive to anyone at the work place and I wouldn't ignore anyone who speaks to me first)

germans can be really weird. f they see ur face a few times u will find people looking even what your favorite coffee cup is lol
