i dont really know when or how i will get a nother chance to be with someone again. how will i know when im readyto start trusting again or if i start now how do i know i am moveing to fast.

Thats a tough one and one I have struggled with myself. The truth is I'm not sure, but I know that if/when I find someone I am interested in and she is interested in me we will be taking it super slow. I have no interest in rushing anything as that has just cause problems in most of my previous relationships. If you are worried about rushing things without realizing it, find someone to be accountable to.

someone close who is will to ask you the tough questions about how fast your relationship might be going, and it has to be someone who you will respect them if they tell you not to do something.
