What if you buy some jewellry for a girl, but you never give it to her, because it doesn't work out.

Is it ok to give that jewellry to another girl? Is it dishonest?

What do you say if she asks you when you bought it, why and for whom?

If something makes you feel guilty, then don't do it. Though it may not matter, morally or materialistically, to some people, if it makes YOU feel guilty, then don't do it.

ROMANS 14:23
But if you have doubts about whether or not you should eat something, you are sinning if you go ahead and do it. For you are not following your convictions. If you do anything you believe is not right, you are sinning.

and you obviously don't think it's right, or you wouldn't be questioning yourself. but of course, it is your choice, in the end.

What, is she going to ask for the receipt? Just give it. She never has to know. If she asks when and where you bought it, just say this "Whats the matter? Is there something wrong with it? Don't you like? Should I take it back?" Act genuinely concerned. She will never bring it up again!

The act of finding, choosing and or making a ring demonstrates additional value of what you are giving to your relationship.

lol I'd just pretend to look around and say that I lost it, and act all worried and angry at myself for placing it in my wallet with all of those old lottery tickets that I threw out lol.
