...I'd appreciate it if you could say a quick prayer for my parents, particularly for comfort for my mother. After several days of trying to treat their dog's failing kidneys, the vet has pretty much declared it a lost cause. They'll put him to sleep tomorrow, and my mother is taking it very heavily.
You don't need to go into battle, just mention them to the Father when you have a chance. You don't even need to respond here; I wouldn't have asked if I didn't trust in your generosity.
