Sometimes we feel this way, when we don't fully give ourselves to the Lord. Like we're holding back.

Brother it could be many things. For me it was that there were areas in my life that i hadnt given over to the Lord. Although I (mostly) kept them under control I was always of the opinion i could sort them myself. Until one day I spoke the literal words "Lord I give this to you". it's amazing how liberating life can be when everything in it is in God's hands because you've made that conscious decision and spoken it in faith.
If you can't think of anything in your life that you haven't given to the Lord (and you have accepted Jesus into your heart) it might be a "spiritual attack" or it might just be old environmental conditioning you're not aware of.
You don't need to prove either to cover yourself in Jesus Christ.
Speak the words "Jesus, I rebuke this feeling of fear & anxiousness and place my life into your hands Lord Jesus. Thank you that you did not give me a spirit of fear, thank you for your peace". Or something of your own devising, only make it specific to your situation.
I used to pray specifically in every life but mine, never rebuking the areas of my life that we're being affected. My pastors wife taught me the power of specific prayer and i've been so amazed.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 RSV
Does this help?

Andrew, you're not alone, feeling the way you feel. At times like these, don't let the negativity sink in, turn to Jesus and pray.

The Spirit does speak to us, though you should always compare it to the Word of God (the bible)
2 Tim 1:7 - For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

If what you are feeling doesn't match up to what you are reading in the bible, then it's not the Spirit of God. The Bible is absolute, whilst the Spirit needs to be checked discerned, or checked. Always look to the Word of God first :)
God doesn't condemn us Andrew, he doesn't make us feel bad. and tell us we're no good, and that we are going to hell. That is never from Jesus!
And whether or not it's from your own mind, or from the devil, rebuke it in the name of Jesus.

John 8:36 - So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

The Lord talks to us in our minds. That doesn’t mean that everything in our minds comes from the Lord. Satan is also at work in our minds, I believe. Part of our growth as Christians is learning to understand what the Lord is trying to communicate to us.

yes it is true because God is developing in our minds his voice , because there are many voices in our mind so he wants we recognize his words so .. we avoid painful experiences.

being perfect means give all ourselves to God? because everydays we fail to him even in a thought .or it is possible not to fail him in a day?

Sometimes it takes a deeper work, and many times God does things in stages. But you can be garunteed that the greater the miracle He does in your life, and in your heart, the greater love you will know. Sometimes it takes a radical move of God to fully capture the heart, but trust me (because He's doing the same thing in me!), when the big fish is caught there is great rejoicing! Try not to think of it as not saved, but that you have begun your walk towards God with a confession of faith, and that as He brings you closer and you begin to know Him, as He really is - that you will become more free to love Him, and that the result is that He will be more free to love U! The bible says that we love him because He first loved us, but as we begin to operate in this love, as we are freed by His Goodness towards us, He is able to access more of our lives and become much more real to us. Be happy brother, He will finish the work that He has begun in You. He is faithful, even when we are unfaithful.

You have a sensitive and honest heart; some that think they are saved all of the time arent, they arent being real.

Giving all of yourself to God doesn't translate to being perfect. Sometimes we try to hide things from God or perhaps we feel as though our "worldly" problem is to great for Him. We just have to trust Him.

I have often heard said that feelings are deceptive. They can change according to the seasons, our diet, our circumstances. My advice would be(though not easy I know) stand on what the Bible says not your feelings.

If you have repented of your sins and asked Christ vinto your life, Biblically you are saved. Sometimes we who are weak in faith have to learn faith. It is along with lovew the only two things we need according to the Apostle Paul, and someone said. 'Faith begins where logic ends, and you do have faith you know, you believe in God and His Son. Pray for more faith, I am sure it will be given

God loves you more than anyone else can, he will not leave you, try and trust him above your feelings. Maybe in His love for you He is giving you a wonderful oppurtunity to learn the value of faith, without it you can never really please Him, it is the only righteousness you will ever have according to the Bible. Therefore it is not your personal goodness that is the deciding factor here, but trusdting Christ. Everything flows from that.

THIS ADVICE MAKES ME BE MORE REALISTIC AND IT IS WISE BECAUSE THE LORD SAYS THAT THE HEART CHEATS.

Guilt! the devil is good at stealing your joy. Don't let him. Remember because of the tainted flesh we get ugly thoughts. Not to mention the devil right there talking into your head. Tell him to get in Jesus name.
