Men and women can be friends. It's called mutual respect. Jesus had female friends who were followers of His.

Same goes for men. My life would be sad and unbalanced without men in it. Fatherly types and brotherly types and people to look at things objectively and give advice or help me with my lawnmower. The world needs both men and women, and they make one another better.

Not important for me, like I said myself I am extremely selective on who I call friend, im just as selective on who I associate with in person. I don't need anyone to make me anything if I ain't feeling well. Am I a harsh person? yes life has made me that way. Do I need females? Nope to be frank they need me more then I need them and I have gotten along very well in 32 years without them. only thing I can't do without a female is sex and create kids and well I accepted long ago that will never happen so I don't need females.

If you are happy and content this way, then I wish you well. I have a feeling there is more self-protection than happiness going on, at least from the posts you make here, but no one can change that except you, so more power to ya.

If the both really can know the worth of each other and can respect each other then surely there can be friendship between them.
