Not all young men do, and I'm guessing that you ask this because you have met many men who have treated you, or someone you know, this way.
Let me encourage you to not view all males in this way. It's harmful to yourself and to others around you to have one fixed notion of what men are. Based on some "men" (boys, really, as they were not what a real man should be) I've met in my life, I could believe that males only want to take advantage of you, control you, and when it comes down to it, they just won't stand up for you. But that's far from true. It's hard to see it sometimes when we're shown differently, both in our personal lives and in the media/entertainment that we watch, but trust me, there ARE godly men out there who do care about women. I've met some before, and I know some now; they do exist!
We're also all flawed; neither gender is perfect.

Based off my experiences, i could ask the same question of women. But i don't, because i know better that to lump millions of people into one category.
Also, 'young men' is somewhat subjective, and since you don't show your age you could refer to 15 year olds or 25 year olds. That can change things.
