It was. And it's amazing how often it happened. And makes me wonder how many times it happened when i wasn't there. 0.0

Seems that most things in my life that I've learned have been a result if a failure

I just had to stick my arm into a toilet- up to my elbow- because I wasn't paying attention for one stinkin' minute and my son dropped two (gosh, I hope it was just two, or else my toilet is going to be destroyed...) Matchbox cars into it.

That's gotta be some kind of fail.

I think that's a fail on your sons end, not yours.

Hmm... i just said a 2 year old failed. I shall now be known throughout CC as The Child Hater.

A toilet is EXACTLY like an underwater toy box.

I still keep my matchbox cars in there.

Eating too much at parties like new year's eve, for example, I am very good at eating all the barbecued little smokies and the dips and chips and punch, I love the ice cream in the lime punch :D

my friends typically see me going back to the food table relentlessly for the foods and are very nice though, 'oh, it was just going to be thrown away, we don't eat those things for leftovers.'

I have such kind friends :D

So many fails that I don't remember. One recent one, though, was barking at my infant like a dog while she was across the room in a desperate attempt to keep her awake. The reason presented to my husband upon inquiry? She had never heard a dog before and I thought it would either scare her or stimulate her brain awake. It made sense to me, but hubby started laughing his head off.

Here's a fail I just did 5 minutes ago.

My phone, despite being a smart phone and only having had it since January, is rather glitchy and can lag at times. I thought I had touched my sister's text thread, but instead, I guess I hit the thread below it and didn't realize it until after I sent it.

The text? "Hannah. I can sound like a turkey."

Who it went to? ....my crush.

You never know, Rachel. He might be quite intrigued :p Besides, don't we all want to be with someone who truly accepts our inner weirdos, turkey sounds and all?

See, now you give me hope for humanity.

When young people say a hunting trip might make a good date, that's when you know a major blow has been struck in the fight against PETA and sedentary lifestyles.
