A friend tried to get me to take an IQ test. I was smart enough not to fall for it.

I wonder how I would do on Jeopardy, the brainiac show.

The last time I had my IQ tested it registered somewhere in the range above pickles.

Bring it on Jeopardy... fear the pickles.

Is fearing the pickles like fearing the Reaper?

You've never known fear till you've pitted your wits against pickles.

Pickles aren't just cucumbers, or salt, or vinegar...
pickles are all 3 mixed together!
How do you compete with that?

Nope, half way through the first one I MADE myself finish the rest of it.
Watching the first one doesn't equal 2 episodes. I told u why the first episode is weak. Its just setting things up -characters, background of the story.

You may as well give up. I'm not going to watch Downton Abbey.

The guy I commute to work with Loves Downton Abby..he's 65! lol Anyway,he just discovered it like 2 months ago & he runs out & is buying all the dvd's now...he's obsessed..it's all he talks about, like a giddy school girl.LOL I said,"Mike,I'm glad you like this show, but all the tea in China is not gonna make me watch it,nor find your explanation of the characters any more interesting than watching paint dry...I love you dude, but just drive & get us to work or I'm gonna start talkin' about Star Wars!" LOL

Downton Abbey addicts (Downton Addiys?) might be the only fandom out there that's more hardcore than The Herd. Granted, The Herd has a huge number of incredibly vocal and obsessed fans, but even bronies will concede after a point, "Okay, you tried it, it's not for you? That's cool. We're still friends." My friends who are Abbey addicts don't EVER give up. ^_^

No, no. I'm a DA addict and I am more into shoot 'em up, blow 'em up action movies and slapstick comedy. I honestly did not think I was going to like DA but I was thirsty for a new show to watch and I noticed that this one was rated as one of the best so I gave it a chance.

I have to admit though that the last season finale was a big disappointment and Mary is getting way too skinny and her acting has seemed lifeless for the last several episodes. She used to be the prettiest sister.
