I'm 37 m, just got out of a 12 yr relationship. This was 2 months ago now, but it's definitely over. I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and can pass on some words of wisdom?

you should get back in the relationship if you were married. divorce and remarriage is a sin. read in matthew 5:31-32 and matthew 19:8-9.
