Lol kick. Just helping replenish the protien for my muscles when I work out. I have it done to be a smoothie and low calorie on top of it. It taste good...just daily 😄

I haven't because of where I live. No pet rule. I have resently been told might be able to get one, but this was not by the owner. I have been so busy, not sure now would be the best time honestly anyway now...🙄
