Yah!

I have fallen into the habit of each week using some goat milk from a local farm and making either a gallon of boiled custard or a big pot of homemade pudding.

You wouldn't believe how many portions of homemade chocolate pudding I can eat.

I'm not impressed. My employer is McDonald's, the poster child of fast food factories itself. The burger boxes are emblazoned with "100% BEEF" all over.

They do NOT say what percentage is meat. It's all 100% beef - we guarantee all of it came from somewhere on the cow.

The texture of the patties changes occasionally. Remember a while ago when the price of beef shot up? The patties seemed more like pork rinds (before cooking) than meat. Beef rinds? They didn't cook up on the grill the same way either.
