They are right sometimes. However most of there fights are fear mongering and most likely greed related. Unfortunately far too few do any research on what there complaining about and mearly follow the leader. When I was a kid I heard that people would break into peoples houses and burn Goosebumps books. I didn't believe it as a kid but I do now. Regardless of what churches do or don't do the world will HATE us. I constantly hear about the end times and people s hearts growing cold, but everytime someone says no to a Christian for any reason the far right freak out. If movies and books can reach people and preach the Gospel, there is zero reason video games or social media can't. Believe what you want but I'm tired of living in constant fear.
That is true, I personally never heard about the book burnings, I know that Jesus said the world was going to hate us, but. It was a blessing if we were hated for his name's sake.

Well I tend to think of that as the lazy way to reach people, the great commission said "go ye into all the world and preach the gospel" not go and make movies and write books, I think we justify our laziness by using the excuse of times changing or if you can't do it given something else instead. It's easy to give someone a book or movie.

But for the most part their is no guarantee they will read or watch it, and even then they can't see your faith, or your works through movies and books it can only be viewed through personal contact.

I agree no one wants to live in fear, and we shouldn't but we shouldn't be ignorant of the prophecies God gave us for the end of the world either.

Oh come on!

For years Christianity has been real popular, and people hollered about half-hearted Christians. Now Christianity is waning in popularity and all the half-hearted Christians are shaking out... so we can holler about losing headcount.

Either way I guess we'll find something to holler about.
Can I ask you some thing? Why was it popular? If Christianity is so popular why are churches closing at an alarming rate??

Just a couple more questions, what is Christianity to you? And why are you a Christian?

I disagree. I think they can easily see our faith in our work. I am striken with severe social anxiety and playing games (like card games) is an easy for me to break the ice. So I will use that opportunity to share gospel. God gives our talents for a reason. Call me lazy if you will, my work will speak for itself. If God is all powerful he can use anything to reach someone. He reached me through secular music, and I know others who were reached by other forms of media. There's no guarantee they will read my work but there is no guarantee they will actually listen to me or even care about my works in person. That being said this thread is for sharing funny memes so I'm done with this conversation.

This is the truth! When I come in from sweeping up trash at w*rk, I have to sit in the walk-in freezer for a good 7-8 minutes.
You have a walk-in freezer at your house?

I that like when someone's really into clothes they have a walk-in closet, but you two are really into meats?
