LINK: AbeBooks.com - Reveal Your Character! Fun Literary Character Quiz

This sounded like fun to me. :) So....who are you?

This was mine:

You are Eowyn from the trilogy The Lord of the Rings. You are a strong woman who will not compromise your values. You stand up for those who are misunderstood and you are not afraid to fight. You are unafraid of death and to some you may seem mysterious.

Eowyn first enters the trilogy in the second book, The Two Towers. The Lord of the Rings is an epic trilogy which is often considered to portray the mythic past of England. Published in three volumes in 1954 and 1955, the story is part of the mythology that Tolkien had been working on in 1917. Another well-known work that precedes this is The Hobbit.

You are Galadriel from the trilogy the Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien. Recently played by Cate Blanchett in the epic movie trilogy directed by Peter Jackson, you are a strong woman and you know what you want. You are a visionary with grand ideas.

You are Tigger. You are fun and rambunctious. You love to make your friends laugh and to have a good time. People like to be around you because you accept others without judgement and you are cheerful and outgoing. As Tigger says himself "Bouncing is what Tiggers do best."

The books by A.A. Milne featuring Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends have been cherished for children for centuries. The first book was published in 1926. The world of Pooh is a world of enchantment. It is a world forever fixed in the minds and hearts of countless children -- a world where Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends Piglet, Eeyore, Tigger, Kanga and the others share unforgettable adventures with Christopher Robin.

ummm...watch out? I always get bad guys on these quizzes

You are Voldemort from the Harry Potter series. You revel in other people's misery and are intent on global domination. You would like nothing better than to take revenge on those who once scorned you and ignored your evil genius.

You are Hermione from the Harry Potter series. You are smart, witty, and love a challenge. You use rationality and reason in all things. You are measured and stable and you don't let people push you around.

The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling has captured the imaginations of children and adults alike. Rowling brings to life the world where magic is real and the fantastic creatures of mythology come alive. Her seventh and final book in the series published in 2007 (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) became the fastest selling book in history.

You are Peter Pan from the play/novel by James M. Barrie. You are a free spirit and a bit of a rebel. You live in the moment and do not worry yourself with the future. Life is for living and experiencing, not for boredom. You like to go on adventures and you have a brilliant imagination.

Peter Pan is both a play and a novel, with the former first presented on stage in 1904 and has been a popular children's novel for decades. Disney made it into a movie in 1953. In the story, Peter and his friends spend their never-ending childhood adventuring on the island of Neverland that includes fierce pirates.

You are Juliet from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. You are a romantic, but are not afraid to stand up for what you want. While you believe in happily ever after you are no damsel in distress and have a strong mind.

You are Superman. You are a hero who fights for justice and you have a strong sense of right and wrong. You stand up for the down-trodden and fight evil with all your strength. You are unafraid of death and to some you may seem mysterious.

The superhero Superman was created by American writer Jerry Siegel and Canadian artist Joe Shuster in 1932. Also known as the mild-mannered Clark Kent, Superman has been adapted throughout the years and has become an American cultural icon. The character came to life through movies, most notably acted by Christopher Reeves.

Thanks Grace! I just finished the quiz and guess which one I ended up with? Now it feels like I am pandering. :)

I was afraid that I would end up with some obscure character from a book I've never heard from. Never saw that coming at all. Always considered myself more of a Batman.

You are Random Passerby #3 from Every Book Ever Written. You have your own life, desires, and ambitions which weren't written about because they have nothing to do with the main premise of the story. Your life in literature consists of being a mark of a pickpocket, someone who gazes into a store window for far too long, or someone who finds himself to be an innocent bystander, glad that he wasn't the victim. Random Passerby #3 is just fine with never being the main character, as it suits him perfectly.
