You know what's weird? Even though we're an officially metric country, we seem to measure our bodies in imperial. Like, I think of temperature and distance in metric, but weight, height and waist circumference in pounds and feet and inches. How weird is that?

You know what I think is weird? The imperial system is British and the metric system is French. Based on that, one would think that we'd be the ones using the imperial system because we're part of the Commonwealth, and you'd be the ones using metric because you're the republic. We used to use the imperial system before I was born. My dad got a really good deal on his first car because it was two years newer than the used car dealer thought it was. But during those two years we'd switched to metric so the odometer was in kilometers when he thought it was in miles.
