I do hope you like the wine & the grapes?......JESUS drank wine , HE tells us in HIS Word, not to get drunk on wine, & behave like the Heathens do. Yet HE doesn't say not to drink wine. I personally do not drink Alcohol, I do not like the way it effects me. I only drank wine many years ago for special occasions, & when I had a night out with my friends, at that time. I have matured in The LORD since then, & my Christian walk with, HIM! Amen!!
Although if I am ever Blessed By GOD, to be joined Spiritually with, The Man Of GOD, whom GOD has chosen for me. I would have a glass of Wine at our, Wedding!... PRAISE The LORD! Amen! <><<

Well Donna, when I came to the Lord via believing the gospel of
salvation and getting baptized in water and the Holy Spirit; my
desire and my need for cigarettes, marijuana, drugs and alcohol
was cleansed from me instantly by the Spirit.
In the Revival Fellowship we all have similar testimonies and no one
smokes ciggies or dope or drinks alcohol as we are set free from the
vices of the flesh.
Our bodies are now the temples of the living God and we respect our
bodies and our health and well being through the indwelling Holy Spirit.
It is a good testimony to be living in Australia's premier wine and grape
production region - The Barossa Valley - and have no need to drink alcohol
to be happy, or to have social enjoyment with others.
Often a good place to start witnessing to people.
As a young person I would draw by copying other artwork or objects.
I am not very artistic but I can put together a reasonable sketch.
Mostly pencil work, shading and charcoal. The odd watercolour now
and then.
I bought my first Nikkon camera at age 17 and also took up photography.
I really enjoyed copying the peanuts characters you know like
Linus, Lucy and Charlie Brown. Simple yet cartoon figures are very
challenging as you have to get the shape and style and spacing all correct.
I used to collect gemstones and go fossicking for stones to polish and display;
along with driftwood and other natural objects of beauty.
I always saw the world as a creation and God given.
But as I grew up and started working and getting more adultlike in my
lifestyle and recreation my childhood pursuits fell away.
But I have always had a love of reading: poetry; novels; reference books; and
today I enjoy doing crossword puzzles.
Then there is my life in the Lord: praying in tongues much; worship meetings;
fellowship; preparing talks for the night meeting; witnessing; reading the Word.
And believe it or not as a grandfather I have never been busier as I am the taxi
service for my daughter and grandchildren with school runs, visits to speech and
occupational therapists, babysitting every Thursday night - if I have to watch that
Disney movie Frozen one more time I just might have to scratch that DVD.
Oooops this has turned into true confessions: enough said.
