They are amazing and smart dogs who get bored VERY easily and really bummed out if they don't have a pack. A smart, bored and bummed out Husky is a bad, bad thing.
My ex-roommate's boyfriend had one, then he had to get two because the damage that single dog did! (Together they did less damage, but they are like six year old boys... into EVERYTHING.) And the dogs were VERY well trained... so unless you have the ability to run that kind of dog out... and hard? I'd not recommend that breed. They really need a yard at minimum to run in.... not an apartment dog at all.

I just have to go on record as saying I'm not fond of wiener dogs. They're just... uncomfortable looking. There's nothing biblical about them. Their noses are too long for their face somehow..... they look like Wiley Coyote to me. And their legs are awkward. Like the top part of their little stubby legs go in one direction and their feet end up in another. And they pant ALL the time. Not just when they're hot - ALL the time. And their bark is the most annoying thing. All this is besides the obvious thing - just being too long altogether for their body. They're really all around quite hideous. Oh, and they're bred to hunt rats. Of all things - rats. How appropriate.
