My New Years Resolution is to hold back emotionally. I don't want to give my heart out easily. I've noticed that even though I don't get in relationships, I fall hard for crushes and I don't want to do that anymore.
I'm giving it all to God and hope and pray for His will in my life.
There's a beauty in holding back and saving as much as possible for marriage. I never thought about my emotions and feelings as one of those things, but they are.
I just realize that I really need to be careful and guarded against these things. I do want to share my emotions, thoughts, and feelings with someone but it can't be just anyone. It has to be the one God wants for me (If Jesus does have someone for me, if not, I trust Him :)).

Also...I want to read Charles Stanley's daily devotions. So far so good! ;)

Mission for 2016: be more open to meeting my possible future life partner. If it means to meet, not necessarily kiss a few frogs before I meet a real prince so be it, so help me God. Or I can just be still and wait till the right man shows himself to me and I hope to have the wisdom to recognize him.

1. Accomplish one thing a day
2. Quit smoking
3. Have a successful veggie patch
4. Reach my goal weight
5. Stop swearing completely. Even when I drop things. (time to get creative)
6. Spend more time with those I care about
7. Be the best mom ever
8. Be more involved in politics and the environment
9. Read the bible more. Pray more. Listen to more gospel music. Be more involved in the church.
10. Get more creative at work. Go an even extra mile.

I actually accomplished all but 2 of my goals.
I'm mulling over what I want to do for 2017 but I won't sit down and do a vision board until after I finish dealing with moving.
