f.f. has mega salt levels, massive amounts off grease, cholesterol, additives, chemicals, fillers, fertilizers & preservatives. that stuff is super slow moving in digestion. we weren't made for that. on the other side, fruit moves quite fast & secondly, is vegetables. i've heard people say that before, what you said. once, i was in a store buying landscape supplies & a lady was going to purchase a soda. so while i was waiting to cash out, i said to her, " that stuff is very bad for you, it puts microscopic holes in your bones, rots out your teeth, causes inflammation on bone joints producing acid, gets you enervated & it makes you thirstier". she said, "no wonder i always feel like crap after i drink one"! she put the soda back & walked out of the store!
