yes, I think people still have picnics that sounds like a lovely place to have one.

what type of food sounds yummy to pack in the picnic basket and do you think we change the thread back to talking about food. :D lol
More than likely we did, but that’s ok lol. I’m sure pasta would be an option right? And what would go with pasta for a picnic?

How long do you think we can sustain a conversation with nothing but questions?
That's not really a conversation is it?
How many pages do you think this discussion will reach before everyone posting has their own answer?

Don't you know that in the south it's called supper?
Hahaha... I laughed the first time I heard a man in Oklahoma call his lunch pail a dinner bucket. They call lunch/dinner and dinner/supper.

I spent a summer in the country in Arkansas when I was 11. Growing up in South/Central Los Angeles that was pure heaven for me.

Another boy my age lived close by and befriended me. I would often be invited over for the mid-day (dinner) meal. They were well to do farmers and his mother really put out a spread of food. It was like a ritual. There was always plenty left over for supper.

How about this for an unanswerable question: If God can do anything can he make a stone so big that even he can't move it?
