I had no idea she was wanting to leave, I may disappear for a few days, but I never leave for good... Too many friends to leave behind :(
She was showing a lot of the warning signs. Her conscience was bothering her about spending too much time on here and she realized that she couldn't make herself moderate it. Not uncommon at all to just decide to quit entirely.

I have taken this test four times, starting when I was 25 and last one was last year. It is amazingly accurate, shows how much I've changed over the years. However i think it should only be used for self analysis. I think companies who test their employees take the human factor out of the equation if they use it to understand their people.

What do you all think about personality types? Have you taken a personality test before? What were your results? Did you agree? Do you think it's helpful?
Since you asked...

The Bible teaches that reconciliation to God through Jesus Christ is the only way for man to truly remedy his sin-related mental, emotional, and behavioral troubles. “And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he [Jesus Christ] reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in [God’s] sight” (Colossians:1:21, 22).

Psychotherapy has shipwrecked the faith of many regarding the sufficiency of the Bible. Because psychologists claim to have insights into the nature of man and also methods for change not found in the Bible, it follows that the Bible cannot be sufficient for counseling or addressing believers mental, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Psychotherapy has sold the church the lie that psychology can be integrated with the Bible. That ought to be scandalous to any thoughtful believer. Since psychology and the Bible are fundamentally in opposition to one another, it should be obvious that there can be no real integration of their teachings. Moreover, if the Bible, the Manufacturer’s handbook, isn’t sufficient to cover all things that pertain to life and godliness, then His created beings must look elsewhere for their mental, emotional, and behavioral welfare. And if they must look elsewhere, then the Bible’s claim to be authoritative, inerrant, and sufficient is also false.

My last official workplace paid the money for me to take the full-on "official" Meyers-Briggs Personality Assessment so the HR director could figure out what work section to put me in to best utilize my personality type. When I came up INTJ (which I always do even when taking the online versions), the HR director had a look on her face like she had walked through a bad fart.

Good news was though - I got to spend almost all my time working there working completely alone and only having to meet with my "manager" once on Monday morning and once on Thursday afternoon. The rest of the time I was on my own program.
