Hi all,
wanted to just ask how does self love contribute to a healthy relationship when love consists of two people caring for one another ?

It depends on what you define as self love. What is your definition?

If one is self-destructive because they don't value themselves then they haven't the habit of healthy choices and will cause problems within a unit.

Anything that doesn't add to is self-destructive. I don't mean to say anything in a drastic sense.. it can be as simple as not taking oral hygiene seriously if you're indeed able to.
I don't want to be someone who is so lazy that loosing teeth is a risk he's willing to take. There's something else wrong when folks neglect in habit
