oh that so takes me back! I remember when we were little, going down in a crouch ready to jump a high fence like lee majors or bionic woman, making the sounds when lifting up to jump (just a few cm's off the ground) haha, so funny in my head LOL
I did, actually. I liked Kate Jackson because she was so sensible.... and could shoot. I was never much of a fan of Farrah, she relied on that smile and hair flip a bit too much for me.... though I really like Cheryl Ladd and Jaclyn Smith.

what about Laverene and Shirley? Loved that show! My first name starts with an L so I asked my mom to sew "L's" to my shirts like Laverene and she refused lol
Bob Wilkins "Creature Feature" show...YEARS before "Elvira, Mistress of the Dark." I would abuse my TV privileges by watching low budget "B" movies every Saturday night in my room. It's weird - I don't like movie gore (these movies didn't have that much of it!). But I can handle real life medical gore. I have a friend who is just the opposite. He likes slasher films but will faint at the sight of real blood.
Skipping stones
When the prizes in Cracker Jacks were actually cool things that you wanted to play with (the "tattoos" were always the coveted prize.).
Putting baseball cards in the spokes of your bicycle.
Water balloon fights.
Being able to have a Christmas party at public school.
Bake sales where stuff was home-made rather than pre-packaged.
Having a lemonade stand without the cops busting you because you don't have a business license at age 7.
When people stopped what they were doing, stood up and put their hand over their heart when the National Anthem was sung.
Having random friends over to play and my mom never kicking them out at dinnertime, but having them call their parents to see if they could have dinner with us.
In band class when there was a substitute and the whole class would switch to instruments they could not play and sounding horrible.
Ant farms!
When the piano teacher saw something that looked like one of those things that you flip upside-down and the oil and colored water drips up and down making cool patterns, but it wasn't one of those, but actually a mini aquarium. So she tried it and I watched in horror as she killed my sea monkeys.
