Hey, I didn't say I was USING the Ponyo ringtone. :)
Hey, don't diss Ponyo! The English theme songs a tolerable (the opening) and hellish (the closing credits). But the Japanese originals are actually quite good. Also, it's a good kid's movie. Not Studio Ghibli's best but it still beats most children's cartoons these days.

My text message is what I can only describe as the Jingle for Albertson's before it was bought out back in the day...

My Ringtone (if on) is from Underoath's Song 'It's Dangerous Business Walking Out Your Door' more commonly known as 'Drowning in My Sleep'

The first one I had was from 0:00 (Start) to 0:15. The next was from 0:29-1:12. My current is from 2:45-3:20.

My alarm is 3am from Matchbox 20 (because I literally have to get up that early sometimes, so it's ironic), and it's from the pre-chorus 'And she only sleeps when it's raining' until the end of the chorus.

Everything else is a beep, and I have no ringback.

This is why I always turn my phone off during meetings. It's the courteous thing to do....

I have a ton of ringtones downloaded on my phone. I only use a couple of them and it rotates between pirates of the Caribbean theme song, Bourne theme song, transformers, and some country music.

My text tone is Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory saying "Bazinga". It has been that for a while but when i do change it, it will go to R2D2 or something else that amuses me.

I feel left out... I haven't bought or made any ringtones for my phone. Maybe I should.

Darn you and your peer pressure!

Duchess Aimee, You can download Zedge at the Google Play Store, or Apple, it's a free APP with tons of funny and regular ringtones. That way you can keep up with the crowd. lol

Liamson, didn't you ever play telephone when you were a kid? Maybe this is way old school. But you'd put a string in the bottom of two old tin cans and play telephone, as illustrated. Trådtelefon-illustration.png

I was talking to some people at my pharmacy today, and one of the topics we discussed was what we would do without a phone. Many parts of my life revolve around my phone. I would adjust if I didn't have it, but that idea... no, I don't like the feeling that comes up.

I wouldn't mind not having a phone, except for business use. Must have a business phone, or there is no business. I do love that phones are so functional now. A camera, calendar, calculator, GPS, internet, MP3 player... the list goes on infinity. I canceled my home phone a year or so ago, which saved money too.

I'm not one of those people who's always on my phone (in fact, I rarely actually use it), but I would miss it if I needed to do any of the gazillion things that it does for me.
