thanks we were ok before ,talking after church and after he just kind of started avoiding at that time i was not yet into him ,i had no interest to date whatsoever.but at church he kept casting glances at me which i thought it was nothing till i noticed it so often that i knew he was into me ,i decide to talk to him after church to ask why he was avoiding me,he said he was only very busy talking with other people at church that was why but he looked very happy explainig it to me.so i knew he was into me.i am rusty as i have not dated anyone since 4 years now and i really can`t cope with this circus.

The more you say hi to strangers the easier it gets. Practice by greeting every other person who you walk by at school or work or on the sidewalk. A nod is a greeting, so is a wave, the vocal ones are harder. Some people will ignore you altogether but if you give an honest greeting you'll likely get one back. You like to know you're not invisible. Remember, a broken greeting is confusing. If I greeted you with a nervous,"ello" on the sidewalk it'd probably scare you. Everything we do & learn takes practice. So if you want really want to talk to her or him: practice conversation a little til you get some bravery. Oh yeah, check out some of your facial expressions so you don't feel like you look happy but others will see sad or mad. We're all unique & God doesn't want us to be introvert. How would you spread His Word??? Seriously have faith in God & yourselves.

God bless us. :D

I respectfully disagree...something about this just doesn't sound right....I don't quite know what it is, but something doesn't quite match. maybe I'll have a real response as to what I mean later.
All I know is that doesn't seem like a fair thing to assume for everyone, because we're all created to do different things and reach different people.

P.S. Shy and introvert are not the same thing.

Oooooooh I feel dumb.................

Well I'm sorry.

I thought they were similar -_- Thank you Relena!
You're right introversion isn't bad, shy is what you don't need. I'm sorry.

Just got to be healthy in intra & interpersonal communication!

Don't be shy be positive!

Nah you're not dumb, I used to get the two mixed up too. :p

I am both shy and introverted. I don't feel like the shy part is natural, but the introvert side has its benefits.

Yeah I keep hearing about how "introverted is "IN" thing. Time magazine wrote a silly article stating how: introvert is better or worse than extrovert, introvert celebrities & historical people... it just made me annoyed because it labels people into a vague stereotype & I hate stereotypical "professionally written" articles.

People being labeled is a lot like picking apart what you like & don't like. If I have to pick a classification system I'd say people are better recognised for their home's, town's, city's, state's, or country's lifestyle. Not everyone will be the same, of course... I really don't like writing this.
