Looks like that from here as well, and I believe it is from my one foot being stuck in the world and the other in Him.
He had not where to lay His head yet was always provided all.
Before He ever did ANY ministry His heavenly Father boomed out, "This is my beloved Son, in who I am well pleased".
The way He lived His life was that pleasing to the Father.

And to think, He did it all without coffee.

He was so filled with Spirit, He "oozed" Holy Spirit, He wants us to do so with us as well, until we become so people will look at us and see Him.

This little piggy went to market, this little piggy stayed home...

Nowadays you can order online and the global market can come to you...but I think theres something to be said for staying local and investing in your own community. Your 'home' need not be defined by the boundaries of your property fence!

In that sense everyone who stayed in the country and didnt go out the borders was a stay at home daughter (or son)

I have been staying with my parents for almost 3 years now since the pandemic began and working remotely, but my work is pressuring us to come back to the office and I have been stalling so I will likely have to move soon (a few states away). I am now in my mid 30s. I've enjoyed the quality time spent together such as eating and watching movies together, etc. I have a couple of married friends nearby but otherwise I don't get out much. Basically I am busy with work, movies, reading a bit, taking care of our cat...it is pretty stress free living with my parents compared to living on my own (I was going through a stressful period right before I moved). I wouldn't credit myself by saying I am really helping my parents as they are fairly independent. I take care of my own costs and pay for grocery and some other costs sometimes. I would just say enjoy your time with your parents, it really is a blessing to spend quality time with them. Sometimes it can feel like you are not "moving forward" by staying at home, but as long as you are content that is all that matters.
MsMediator, Do you like Zoom Meetings or do you get tired of them. I know when COVID first started I liked them. But now I am tired of the online meetings.
