I can't stand church anymore. I'm easily bored with the charade. Don't get me wrong. But, I just think what the Bible teaches should look drastically different then what we see.
I feel like I respond too much on this thread and I will soon be scolded by arwenbaggins, she will say , 'Off with that green's head,' and I will be a headless green, which reminds me, I'm glad those birds came in The Hobbit when the orc dudes on wolves were about to gobble them up with their ivory, blood-stained teeth, gnashing. But, Here He comes, not in a car, but just when we need Him, just what we needed is THERE, and, He 'drives' us to a safe place. Always being saved in the nic of His time from our firey 'furnace.' That's just like Christ to do, huh, His Spirit, like moving over the water, doing things in a mighty, and, yes, miracle way
. When our lives look at our darkest hour, in the night, come the big birds of His Love (angels?) , to carry us away to safety, and, sometimes, it's a sublime rescue but other times He rescues us in a dramatic, 'swooping down with wings' way.
but , yeah, if I just say something it probably can get read, or, not by the person that the words are really for, even though all we say is for us all, in one way or another. WE all go through these 'things' in our lives, the same stuff, as we go through life, not exactly, but, hmmmm, I'm just wondering about this post now, to switch thought.
Truthsearcherbro, church is not the problem is it ? It's your understanding of your church, doctrine, typically. So, really pray to God for an understanding of what you truly believe as a far as the major differences of all the different denominations and find a Baptist, Methodist, Nazarene, Assembly of God, non-denom, church that suits you and don't worry ,if you pray to God, the church you pray for choosing will perfectly fit into your life
Church is important, it says dead-set in Scripture, that we are 'the bride of Christ.' It also says 'Do not forsake the gathering of the assembly.' This means DON'T talk bad about it, and, furthermore, don't forsake it yourself. Get in there
