I am listening to instrumental Christmas music on November 14th of 2015 and I do not care.

So, you teach by poking fun at your students' expense. That sounds nice.

This is some pedagogy.... *walks out of class in a huff*

I demand a full refund.
When counter trolling, you never get to pick the topic. You only poke fun at the original statement. Whatever the troll says is the clay, and you are the potter :p.

My radio station just played NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys back-to-back and they weren't even sorry about it. There has to be some kind of rule against this.

Today, I put on an album that my senior class at Bible college did. It is on Spotify (check them out....Patmos Worship).

This song came on. I met Michael (the man who is singing) in 2011 and we became instant friends. I adopted him as my little brother. He lives in France. He lives in Paris. As I heard about what was happening, I texted him (using iMessage) asking if him and his family is okay. I facebooked him. I didn't hear a response. My life was miserable yesterday. Thinking that something happened to him was the scariest thing ever, knowing that I had no way of really knowing.

I finally get a response to my Facebook message. Michael was okay. Him and his family are missionaries in France and have been for years. The shootings happened only five minutes away from them.

Knowing that Michael was safe, but knowing so people weren't, breaks my heart. Knowing that innocent lives were taken in a split second made my spirit sick with grief. I cried so many tears for people I have never met yesterday. Please pray.

(Michael wrote this song for the album. He has one of the most powerful voices I have ever heard. Honestly, check his song out on Spotify!)

Day after day as I wake in Your Presence
You satisfy my heart
You are all I need
Your presence is all I need

When I look outside I can see Your wonders
When I seek Your face I feel your power touching me
Your Spirit is filling me

Set a fire in my heart
New renewing of my mind
Give me a love for more of You
Holy Spirit, I await You

Night after night as I lie sleeping
I know You're there with me
Why can't I hear Your voice?
Tender and fearing voice

When I look outside I see Your wonders
When I seek Your face I feel your power touching me
Your Spirit is filling me

Set a fire in my heart
New renewing of my mind
Give me a love for more of You
Holy Spirit, I await You

I watched Batman Begins today and with The Dark Knight up next, I just have to say that I am still not okay with Maggie Gyllenhaal replacing Katie Holmes as Rachel. It honestly ruined the trilogy for me, and I am not exaggerating whatsoever.
Consistency-wise it sucks, but Maggie is a much more interesting actress (and also better at her job). That's one qualm I have with the series, but it certainly doesn't ruin the trilogy for me. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

To be fair here guys. This Trilogy is the first time ever we even had the same guy play batman more than once. I for one love the musical chairs

In light of recent events:

Until we stop being afraid of calling a spade a spade, nothing is going to change for the better.

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil,
who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness,
who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.

On a serious note, I work for a French company. I still have no news whether everybody is safe. It is numbing how the madness of a few can change others' lives within a second.
