I rented X-Men: Apocalypse the other day. I was curious to watch it because I enjoyed the story lines in the comics when I was younger. I tried two nights in a row to watch that movie and I just couldn't get into it.
If you enjoyed the comic book storylines you will regret watching any of the movies. They mess everything up.

Why's it gotta be so windy and rainy -_-

This was me last night. It stormed all evening. I finally got home...threw on my workout clothes because it's been WAY too long since I worked out. (2 weeks) Went to my Apt gym...in the pouring rain...and couldn't find my key card to get in. Stuck. That picture above accurately expressed what I looked like.

I did go back to my apartment and find the key card and worked out so hard. I had to lay on the gym floor after for about 20 minutes until the nauseousness passed. I can't ever slack and not workout ever again. It was awful. My whole body is sore today. Anyway...when I left the gym the temperature shift was noticeable from when I got there. It felt more like...

Per the X-Men discussion:

I never judge a book (or graphic novel) by it's movie. To me, they can be stand-alone entities. As an example, I cannot in good conscious judge the book DUNE by Frank Herbert harshly because of the shortcomings of the 1984 David Lynch movie or the more recent Sci-Fi Channel mini-series movie. Each film adaptation falls short of the story, but each also adds something interesting.

There were aspects of each of the X-Men movies I have liked. My expectations for movies though are really rather simple - keep me entertained. That's it. X-Men Apocalypse did not entertain me, or has not had a chance to yet.

CC will not let me load images today...why. Why. I'm gonna assume it's not my own ineptness. I did it like I always do it but it would not work. So, last night...I was COLD. After the workout it was freezing...figuratively.

Never read the comics or anything, so I don't know personally how the movies hold up to them. The only reason I watch them, in perfect honesty, is Hugh Jackman.

I've always found it interesting that the things which are bad for us are the things we get addicted to, while the good things like exercise are the things we have to make an effort to like.. I think that maybe it's a cruel joke that God is playing on us.

DISCLAIMER: yes I know its possible to get addicted to exercise...but when's the last time anyone's heard of an exercise addiction support group?

I take it back... It will take a week before we can dig anything, because people have to make sure we're not digging up power lines and stuff. I'm pregnant and can't get walls washed very fast, and I don't want to be doing it by myself, it's boring and monotonous. Someone fun, come help me wash my walls! D:
I can spot nails, that's easy, but still monotonous. Then someone can tape the walls, and then... Painting. Which I can't do, but I want to!
I'm probably over thinking stuff, and letting it get to me, but I don't think we have time to wait on the people to find lines. I hate sitting around, waiting for something to happen when I don't have time.
I need something to do, besides letting myself get all OCD. I waste paper when I get OCD.

Why do you have to dig?
