If you want to know how a perfect husband is, you can see all the characteristics in God.

Let's talk about the Lord shall we. Let's glorify God in this thread. Let's discuss his ways, and let's learn about him. If anyone want share, please share. Let's not focus on what the doctors say about a good relationship, or about what the scientists say about a good relationship. Let's look at God. Let's see his ways. I will start:

God is strong and mighty.
God is patient and kind and gentle and full of mercy.
God is passionate about his people
God is full of joy.
God is full of hope
God is full of peace
God is full of faith
God is considerate
God is understanding.
God is a good provider

Are we getting the picture of a good husband yet?

God hates when others are wronged
God loves it when people treat each other rightly
God trains his children to do good to others, and to not repay evil for evil.
God provides food for his children (A good husband would feed his children before himself)
God answers the prayers of his children (yup. Accept if those questions may cause more harm)
God chastises his children when they do wrong to steer them in the right direction, out of love and not out of anger (uh huh)

Yup. I could say more about him, but lets see who else has some, if I haven't taken it all. LOL.

Ooo, What a darn good husband :)
I truly will to be best wife I can also and all the things you have listed and written are beautiful qualities to encourage and do more of always.
One is one with ones husband/wife and in holy union.

I also love little things like opening door or giving a glass of water... being conciderate is a quality I always loved and admired in my loved one.
There are many beautiful qualities and I hope we will strive to have these qualities not only towards our husbands/wives but also to others such as friends, family and others.
But also to choose not to hate and do bad.... even if you easily could.
I chose not to hate even those who tortured me cause I want to keep my soul pure and hatred is not for me to do.I will justice, law, from God and society and will peace but do not hate.
Not conciously do eeeeeeeverthing to hurt someone and moreso.

for you know me and I the
for you my Lord there is noone closer, holier and so loved
In the deepest of prayers I bowed down to you
this was in mourning and but long ago
for I kept my faith but lost it as you know for I tell you all

or you just know without being told cause we are like one and you are ”knower”

anyway….
I could write so much but I just say ;I love you, I love you, I love you

For you would never missuse power, energy…..
For you hold me high and are so good to me and truly know me and understand
for you love not hate
for you heal not hurt or make sick etc
for you care not ridecule pain with hate
for you are my Lord
They are nothing close to you
They are opposite all you are
They missuse power in hate and illwill
They do opposite the wonders you do
They are but your children
so help them God
and their is a law and to learn

That's an excellent list Ramon. I would also add:

-Worthy of praise! We need to love and praise husbands much as we should give God Praise! Not to put your husband above God, but to show love and respect and honor as well!
-Grace, -Patience, -Wisdom, -Longsuffering... A Husband needs to possess these qualities, just as a good wife should :)

I love to see people glorifying God! Keep it up brothers and sisters!

The Lord gives his peace that surpasses all understanding my friend!!!

The beauty of a man that fears God in well doing is awesome. I believe you are one of those men. Now you have an opportunity to show people just how awesome God is. Everything in the past is gone, behold!!! All things are become new!! AMEN!!!

Sure, it is hard at first, but it gets easier. Patience and longsuffering. Let them see the change that the gospel of Jesus Christ brings. AMEN!!

Remember, it is suffering for this love, and it is LONG suffering.
