Are we talking about a Dyson sphere? Those are only theoretical, and also much, much larger.

Lol. I thought the whole concave Earth thing was only theoretical? And wouldn't it have to be much, much larger, in order for us to see the sky rather than the other side?

Yes, well, a Dyson sphere would be a globe built around the sun, with an inhabitable inner surface.

That's why it is only theoretical. Even if we cannibalized every planet and moon in the system we would not have enough raw material to make one here.
