Marriage is a no-no. Dating isn't, although if it doesn't lead to marriage I'm not sure what you call it.
Dating people who are unbelievers is like playing Russian Roulette. There's no point unless you want to die.

Oh my... That seems a bit of an extreme hyperbole.

What if God put you in that person's life to introduce them to Him? You know we all have a lot more in common with a non-Christians than many think! For one, we are both sinners...and are not less of sinners than the other in fact I see myself as a Christian "worse" in the sinning department than a non-Christian because I know the difference between what is and is not sinful and yet I still sin they don't know any better does that make sense? I have had the experience of dating two non-Christian gals and when they picked up on the ease to forgive, the God given grace and mercy, they were curious they wanted to know more it touched them and impacted them and I can say proudly that through those experiences God reached out to them and they are now Christians! What if God has a plan for one of you for that to happen? Let us not close our hearts and minds to the opportunities God can provide in our lives :)

The carnage of people's lives who are Christians and know better but do not do it is very real.
I'm reminded of Matthew 16:26 here. Good post, and it speaks to more than relationships.

How do you convince someone that is thinking with feelings instead of with the Bible this?

You cannot. All you can do is point out how God feels about a thing, showing them in the word, and remind them of how He feels about rebellion and point out how people's lives have been wrecked by choosing one's own way rather than God's way. Make sure they know that feelings are indeed powerful, but that in Christ we have the power to overrule them. Holy Spirit is the one to convince them.
