Store bought hamburger tastes like plastic/rubber now.
I have a cow in my freezer, and I have store bought meat. 10-15 years ago they used to taste pretty similar with the home grown tasting a little better.
Today store bought meat tastes like rubber/plastic that has been flavored to be meat.
It has the wrong texture, wrong consistency, and wrong flavor.
