grocery shopping?
who shops for ladies when they go grocery shopping?! Are they expensive?

When I go grocery shopping. I usually take a list and try to buy what is on my list. I will check freshness and ripeness though I will go to stores where I know the market is up to date. eg they havent been sitting on the shelves forever. But that is for perishables. Otherwise quality brands, price and availabilty are all factored in.
But I generally already know what I need before I set foot in the store, I am not a browser in grocery stores...once a week markets may be a bit different though. You are looking for whats in season.
However nobody needs to go grocery shopping when they can grow or catch their own.

People need to meet somewhere.
What's wrong with a man and woman initially encountering each other at a grocery store?
Also, why the need to call it "a meat market"?

This may surprise you, but there are actually some men who are looking for a whole lot more than just "a piece of meat" or "a sexual partner" in a woman.
I wish that this was true of all Christian men, but, having read many different posts on many different threads here, I'm well aware that such isn't truly the case with many professing "Christians".
In any case, sexual relations are confined to the marriage bed (Heb. 13:4), so any man who is "looking for a sexual partner" better be ready and willing to make her his covenantal wife FIRST.
I'll readily and unashamedly admit that I've long kept an eye open for a potential female companion at the grocery store that I regularly shop at.
Until recently, it was probably my best opportunity to actually meet somebody.
I have recently met someone on a Christian dating site, and she and I spoke on the phone for 3 1/2 hours last night.
Potential sexual relations with her somewhere down the line have not even entered into my mind as of yet. Instead, I'm getting to know her spiritually and emotionally, and that, in and of itself, is pretty scary in the sense that it could potentially lead to a long-term relationship with a lot of accountability before God attached to it. In fact, this reality has given me great pause, and I'm genuinely wondering if I shouldn't just forsake women altogether for the rest of my life because relationships are very serious in the eyes of the Lord.
Again, a potential mate isn't just a piece of "meat" that a man may get to "devour" somewhere down the line in order to satisfy his own desires. A woman is a lot more than just a body, and God fully expects a man to care for her spiritual and emotional needs as well.
Just sayin'.

I don't expect I am all that to look at. And, I think there is too little I can do to really change that. But, I will watch for response that shows interest in one woman to me when she meets me. Physical attractiveness counts a small bit, but much more attractive will be the values I see in her. They would not need to be all the same values I have, but there should be in common valuing godliness with growing toward God's perfect will for us, and living with compassion and caring for good stewardship, with righteousness as Proverbs 12:10 depicts showing from her as I will show it. I would not be getting anything from any butchers, either, and the one I would be attracted to would not, either.
I reckon it is not what but what not that attracts me. I am attracted to an absence of a tattoo. I like natural in the sense of no implants or lip injections or tattoos. However, on the other hand I am all about artificially enhancement when it comes to wearing make up. That sounds confusing.....LOL
Perhaps that is what I am attracted to is the confusion on her face so she has that puppy dog look of the head turned sideways and that 1000 yard stare. Although since I used a puppy dog analogy perhaps it is animal magnetism that attracts me.
I am beginning to think I have no clue what I am attracted to but @1ofthem sure has whatever it is. So if about now if anyone is thinking that poor girl needs prayer, that I can actually agree with............LOL

In a poll taken in 2012 it found that 59% of women had ink compared to only 41% of men

While anecdotal have to admit bro when this topic has come up between other men and myself. Have found most men don't mind if women do have ink. So being curious I just read some studies and surveys and would appear we are in the minority as most men don't care if women have ink.
However, it would appear that women more so than men later on regret getting a tat as 73% of ink removal is done by women. In 2013 it was reported that 45k people had their ink removed and last year in 2021 the number was up to 100k. So it would appear on this preference of having ink or not that there is someone for everyone.
As far as makeup did not even bother to look up how many billions of dollars that industry is. However, a simple eye test of looking around would tell me that men who like women who wear makeup there is no short supply there.

Anybody read the classic Jane Austen Pride and Prejudice or seen the films
well, Elizabeth Bennets 'fine eyes' are what eligible bachelor Mr Darcy first notices.
But on Elizabeths part she only notices at first how arrogant and rude he is (until he does something heroic and chivalrous through the course of the story) but near the end, the thing that finally catches HER eye and makes he realise she loves him is his HUGE.....estate.
Thats in the book though...in the film...its actually Mr Darcy aka Colin Firth in a wet shirt.
And since all the ladies are wearing Regency costumes with empire line gowns their chests are up to their necks so thats probably the first thing the men notice. They call it decotellage but its just cleavage by a fancy french name.
