I only watch TV when whomever I'm with is doing/wants to do it. I don't follow any TV programs, but there have been a handful I've really liked:

Sherlock (BBC series)
Breaking Bad
Everybody Loves Raymond
The Office (American adaptation)
Lost
Malcolm in the Middle
Seinfeld
The Simpsons (up to a point)

Mostly dramas and comedies.

Cold Case and Law and Order SVU
But apparently it was really messing with my mind. I was starting to become a little too paranoid because of all the murders that happen on those shows. It got to the point where I couldn't take my dogs outside at night to use the pody. So I am trying to stay away from them for now hehe.

I really liked Ugly Betty but it was cancelled years ago :(
Full House is another favorite of mine.

Only thing I tune in to is Doctor Who, been a crazy fan of that ever since being really young. Shame the BBC likes to take HUGE breaks between the series...Otherwise I'm on the computer watching anime :D

I loved that show Ugly Betty, as well. My beautiful daughter in CA was one of the wedding guests in the episode where Wilhelmina Slater (played by Vanessa Williams) gets married. She wore a silvery dress.

A lot of people seem to REALLY like Dr. Who. I tried watching that show and just couldn't get past the first 4 or 5 episodes of season one. It was too goofy to be taken seriously, yet not goofy enough to be humorous. It just felt awkward.

Can someone recommend some episodes, or even a particular season?

I feel the same way about Dr. Who. Even the name is like that.

You're correct!!! The UP channel still airs it weekdays at 11am. I just checked their schedule. But a few weeks ago they would air it at 5 and 6pm. The new time makes it hard for me to watch.

Doctor Who is distinctly British, you either get it or you don't. There's no real middle-ground. Yes, it's goofy and fun-loving, but I would say it can be very humorous at times. I guess people have different senses of humor and tastes in TV series.

I forgot to mention Sherlock and Breaking Bad. Brilliant series. The Wire was also exceptional (but it's has some strong content).

I haven't seen scorpion, I think I saw an episode, I like it, but I didn't get too involved in it since I didn't see it from the beginning, I like usually seeing shows from the beginning to understand them better. I start to watch Dig the one night and got through three or four episode still have no clue what it is about. P.S. I a serious couch potato when I am home from work...

I don't really watch tv anymore, but I grew up on Full House, Family Matters, Step by Step, Threes Company, 7th Heaven, Walker Texas Ranger, and Home Improvement. When tv was actually family oriented and clean.

Currently, when I do watch tv I enjoy watching "The 700 Club" and "The Pioneer Woman" (cooking show)
