hello, I wondered if anyone is doing sports or doing a sport professionally
I do sports 6 days a week, I was a wrestler before the virus but I'm an instructor now

The only sport I've been doing is riding my longboard around town about once to three times a week.
I also play drums as a hobby. It's sort of a sport. Cardio definitely.

Do you consider Tai Chi a sport? I do Tai Chi for the exercise to help me with physical problems I have. Talked about this on another Thread and was told that I was "practicing pagan rituals" or some such. :)
