Why are some words considered to be curse words and some are not when they both mean exactly the same thing? Who gets to decide which is which? :)

(I am not one for derailing threads, but ITore, please don't allow the attitudes of other people to dictate whether you post here or not. This is a Christian forum. You are a brother in Christ. Seems fitting for you to be here as long as you are posting things of which Christ would approve. There will always be people who like us and people who don't for whatever reason.
