UPDATE: ........Story (3):
Once upon a time in the loveliest town of all, where the houses were white and high and the elm trees were green and higher than the houses, where the front yards were wide and pleasant and the back yards were bushy and worth finding out about, where the streets sloped down to the stream and the stream flowed quietly under the bridge, where the lawns ended in orchards and the orchards ended in fields and the fields ended in pastures and the pastures climbed the hill and disappeared over the top toward the wonderful wide sky, in this loveliest of all towns Stuart stopped to get a drink of water and saw a funny, round gnome dressed in yellow and green, holding a bunch of daisies and pacing around the water pump, waiting for someone, apparently, to help in getting water for itself at the well, in the back yard of one of the white houses Stuart and the gnome (Stuart affectionally called: 'Shorty-Pants') had crossed paths at.
They collectively find the princess in the tower of Paranoia and free her from her self imposed prison, as Shorty Pants knew the rescuer would be a man who would draw water for him from the well (reminiscent of Rebecca). Fully aware of the fact the human could not Know of this inner struggle, Shorty Pants began to blurt out, while Stuart drew from the well,"Hey, Bud- I need you to draw this water from the well, otherwise my daisies will wilt, and I need them for my wife" (because he thought he should trick Stuart into the quest).
Stuart, having been thinking boldly in his consciousness he had already gone forward in the task of water drawing, snapped out of his mindset reel, and listened to the little imp gnome, and reset his attitude toward serving Mr.Pants by retrieving purposeful 'Wife Water'; immediately the jr. imp began to become more assertive and ... ...(ok, add on from here...)
