But even so you will find some amazingly wise people here you will really grow as a christian just by reading theads and post's plus talking with other people in the forums but honestly i would stay away from the chat room there are a lot of immiture people there not everyone but it kind of irritated me. But that is just me it may be okay for you

A true friend is hard to find, and who we call friend is not always our friend. Proverb 17:17a says, "A friend loves at all times..." (But be careful to use GOD's definition of "love" rather than man's.) A friend cares for and, truly, loves you.
Proverb 18:24b says, "There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother."
David says, after hearing of Jonathan's death, "I am distressed for you, my brother Jonathan; You have been very pleasant to me. Your love to me was more wonderful than the love of women."
So, a true friend (as defined by GOD) may be hard to find, but (s)he is worth the search.

Welcome. This is my first post so I'm new here too.
I'm a 15 year old girl. I literally created my account about 5 minutes ago. I'm very shy and not outgoing...is there any other shy girls in here that have a good relationship with God? I'm not as strong as I'd like to be and I don't have any friends. Sad I know, but there aren't many Christian girls my age at my school. It's a small, independent study school.
