As I walk into school everyday I see a parallel universe. A world where only popularity and being over-confident matters. I can't let myself get caught up in a world where caring about what everyone thinks is all you act on. It gets to a point where you become a robot, controlled by peers, only doing what others expect you to do. Ha not happening. Who am i to say who i am? Who are they to say who I am? No, its not going be that way. I might be the only one who stands in this boat, but I won't be conformed. If Jesus tells me act like him, than I will. I've come to a conclusion, it doesn't matter what they think, only what God thinks. Eternal value is worth so much more than any value here, now.

Don't be conformed, be what God has called you to be :)

It is amazing when you have thoughts on a topic or a concept and someone posts a thread or reply to a thread that seems as if they know just what you're thinking! So amazing!
It's so nice to know that I'm not the only one who thinks that conformism smacks of pointlessness! I'd rather have friends who appreciate or at the least tolerate the things I do instead of trying to change me. The way the kids are these days friends like these are a special few but in turn they are a lot more special-er! :D
