Yesterday I had a frightening experience. i was taking my dads truck to pt and I wasn't paying enough attention i guess and i drove the truck off the road. i drove down into a ditch and i was scared to death that i was going to hit a tree and totally destroy my dad's truck. suddenly, i promise, it was as if the truck had a mind of its own as it turned and drove back to the top of the hill and right back onto the driveway. This was amazing because the truck only has back wheel drive and nosed down when it went down. the only damage to the truck was a few scratches, the fender was torn off, and one of the running lights is blown. :O I know without a doubt that it was God's hands that lifted the truck out of there, just as i used to do with little toy cars. <lol> it was truely a miricle and i instantly prayed and thanked God for being there.

I would like to know anyone elses personal stories of how god has helped you. It doesn't have to be life threatening lol because i don't want anyone to have to go through that kind of fear? God gives blessings to everyone not just the ones who need them.

okay well i have an instance where god saved me from myself. One of my Friends had convinced me to do something really really bad with her. She had almost died from doing this particular thing several days earlier, but she was hooked and somehow i went along with it and said suuuuuure i'll do it (i wasnt the brightest teenager) so on the way over to driving to her house, a guy in a van pulls out in front of us, he was drunk, we hit him goin about 45 miles an hour. I didnt have a seat belt on but i put my foot on the dashboard and leaned back to stop myself from goin through the windshield. Instead i fell right out of the passenger door onto the street. This was around rush hour, i dont know how i didnt get hit by another car.. well i do know how, obviously it was god. Me and my friend both walked away with nothing wrong with us surprisingly. I think god did that to stop me from doing whatever it was i was about to do, and in the mean time he protected me from something that could have been potentially fatal for me. Because i know if i would have gone over to her house and done what it was we were going to do , i most likely would have never stopped. Praise god he interferred!
