Talk to the Lord through prayer. Express to him how you have been feeling lately. Repent of any sins you may have & mediate on Gods word. As the scriptures says in (1 Peter 5:7) - Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. God cares for you & will comfort you if you continue to seek & put your trust in him

Too many voices.
You must sit under the right teachers.
When you hear words of defeat,death sorrow,and focus on yourself,you are setting yourself up for depression,self pity,and God gets so distant and weak,you beging to be a target for the enemy.
YOU HAVE A DESTINY.
IT IS JOY UNSPEAKABLE.
IT IS JOY FROM HEAVEN. IT IS HIS SPIRIT.
Tell negative,defeated,poisonous words GET AWAY FROM ME,GET OUT OF MY MIND.
LOOK UP TO HEAVEN,AND CALL DOWN JOY.
Look,your cup of sorrow is FULL
your cup of joy is empty.
What do you do?
Don't worry with the sorrow. Walk away.
Concern yourself with the Joy cup.
NOW,NEVER,EVER,LET YOUR JOY BE TAKEN AGAIN.
MINISTER to hurting people.....you will receive joy as a reward
Give to someone in need...you will become joyful.
Reaserch joy. Look up who you are. Step into your calling.

Is this a constant/ long- lasting feeling (over several weeks or months)?
Are you also having problems with sleeping, eating and interacting socially?
(if yes to all, talk to your doctor about it)
Try finding something that you enjoy (that you can afford and have time for). It can be a simple, "silly" thing, as long as you enjoy it, be it walking in the forest or going to a cafe'.
Find someone you can talk to, about big stuff and small stuff. Sometimes just saying "I feel blah today!" out loud helps a bit

This walk we have is being redefined.
We sever this world,and get FULLY IMMERSED into Jesus.
Being partially commited leaves the door open for weak,powerless Christianity.
The walk with God in victory and power,costs you your life. You have never given your WHOLE LIFE,YOUR ENTIRE BEING to him.
Give up. Give your entire being to him.
When we do this,we LOOSE OUR RIGHTS TO OURSELVES.
Addictions automatically leave.
This walk we have is being redefined.
