At 13 its tough to understand the meat of the Word. But sadly, you sound like most luke warm adults that create their own interpretation of the Word to suit their own needs....this is what Satan did in the garden of Eden and made Eve believe she could be like God...when we make the Word say what we want it to say we act like we wrote it....and then become exactly what satan wants you to be....

His Spirit will guide you into all Truth through His Word...but only through His Word. If you seek Truth you will find it.
true....

at 13 i was also like that
having not read scripture
i used the same arguement about the holy bible

Well. God made man and He made woman.
Clearly if someone feels they are the opposite, then something has happened to go wrong somewhere down the line. (Apart from Gods word, it only takes a child with a jigsaw to tell you the parts dont fit!)
I am not intending to blame anyone or single anyone out. Just stating something has gone astray from what God created it to be. God really loves us all. He loves us warts and all.
Now satan and the fallen angels have done all they can to destroy Gods most precious creation. His most precious creation out of everything He has made ever, is YOU and ME. It is us human beings!
So keep your eyes on Jesus. The more you look to Him, the less relevance anything else is!

agree with Gods word...

i hope you learn the truth and read it young lady
A long time ago there were men possessed by demons. Priests came in and told the demons to leave. The Demons laughed and said, "I know God.. And I know Jesus, but who are you?".

We arnt fit to interpret his will. We cant understand it. We can preach it and maybe someone will listen, but a billion people read the Bible and a billion will read it a different way. Some may choose to listen, and some may not, but all of them believe they are right. Is a sin really a sin if you are 100% without a doubt that you are not sinning? I wouldnt say so. A billion people can say a billion different things and all be right. They are doing what they believe in all of their hearts that God wants them to do. The important thing is opening yourself up to God's voice. He will let you know if you are doing wrong, he's not mysterious. He's not the Riddler, he's Batman. Riddler likes to play with you, Batman will punch you in the face and tell you not to do that again.

Ah, but how much of the scriptures have you read, yourself? Has it been enough that you are 100% I havnt read it as much as you despite never asking? Discuss, talk with others, none of us are lone sheep, we are all in this together. Christians who love God and want to do right by him. We must be CONSTANTLY striving for truth and his approval. To be satisfied with what we know is a terrible sin.

But this is a terrible attitude to have. You cant just ignore the world like that because you feel like you are better than them. You think I am wrong, then persue it. Help me understand. No one here ever denied God. He is why we are all here, he is why we are having this conversation. We both have valid viewpoints and we are discussing them. Dont close yourself off, man.

Haha. You are funny! Not kept up with the Batman movies.
We can read without knowing the key to understanding what was written and why, thus we can be puzzled by what we read and we then go down the path of guesswork when we need the key! The key is that the scripture means what it says but we are not reading it right. For example. You can read the parable of the sower. One gleams the surface until one has worked at a farm or a smallholding or similar. Whe one has done the work one really starts to grasp sowing and reaping and its relevance on a spiritual scale. Think. If one just scatters seed randomly, few will survive into good healthy plants. Yet if one cuts down the growth, then ploughs the ground adding manure, then one sows the seeds, and as they grow any obvious weeds one removes and carefully tends to the seed, one will get a huge harvest. Now apply that spiritually.
We have all sown seeds randomly. Now clearing and ploughing are spiritual warfare....Casting out demons from the ground. Then when one sows and carefully weeds, and waters the soil..... Watch the plants grow!

Psalm 1

1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Romans 12:2

2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God
Proverbs 3:5

5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

2 Timothy 4:2-4 - Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

1 Timothy 6:3If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, [even] the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;

2 Timothy 4:3 - For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

Psalms 12:6

“The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.”

Psalms 12:7

“Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.”

To be satisfied with what we know is a terrible sin? Clementine, we are NOT to condone nor tolerate sin, especially that of homosexuality.. And we're certainly not to be satisfied with sin.

Then question your faith. Try to learn more. Think of it like this..
If one day EVERYONE on earth just decided dresses are manly and pants are for girls. So the social norm has been reversed. Would you start wearing a dress, too?

Well no,that can't actually be true, truth is not relative. There are absolutes and we must follow the Word of God. Truth is not relative, everyone cannot be right.

Quote " They are doing what they believe in all of their hearts that God wants them to do. "

You can be 100% sincere and still 100% wrong. We tend to do what we want to do instead of what we should do.

Quote " The important thing is opening yourself up to God's voice. He will let you know if you are doing wrong, he's not mysterious."

Well really the most important thing is to follow Gods Word and to do what it says. He will let you know if you're doing wrong, you are right on that.
