When you read the title saying put God first, this means first, not second, not third, not fourth...
Do not think he is first, know that he is number one.If you have a choice between a sin and doing the right thing, every time you sin... you put your own pleasure ahead of God.

We need to act in such a way that it is no surprise to people that we are Christian, we should all be noticed for the way in which we behave, the Godly way a Christian should behave. When people think about you, they should think ''I can remember any time this person:
  • Lied
  • Stole
  • Swore
  • Was Violent
  • Did anyone wrong
  • Swindled
''

When people ask you questions out of spite, answer with the uncompromising truth, if someone says ''did my Gran go to Hell when she died? She never believed in God but she was a good person'', do not reply ''maybe, maybe not.'' reply with ''I am not the judge of you, but if your Gran did not give her live to Christ, she went to hell, and probably deserves the Wrath of God.''

Interesting video ----> -- The Few --

I know I am probably a worse person than everyone reading this, but it's a message I wanted to get across . God Bless you all.

Point taken. But, there is one thing I'd like to point out...

Living the way you describe-- though it is the right thing-- is a very difficult thing to do. It's so simple, it's complicated. Complicatedly simple? Complimple? Sorry I digress. I know that I've struggled putting God first and doing the right thing even in an average day-to-day routine. I'm no saint, but I genuinely seek out God. Though I desire to do what's right and serve Him, I ultimately fail at it.
No, failure isn't a good thing or acceptable. But, it is forgivable. When ya' fall down, ya' have to get up and keep going.
I know many people who are in the same boat as I. Having a 60% (Or less) victory over fail rate. Some of whom still don't know if they want to devout their lives to God. Because, in order to attain spiritual freedom... you have to give up alot of your physical stuff.

So, I guess what I'm getting at is... humans are flawed creatures. Hope that they succeed in their pursuit of righteousness, expect for them to fail, and be ready to forgive and help get on the right track again. So the father has done for me, so I will do for others. ( So long as I've not lost my mind.)

But hey, that's just my opinion. And, opinions are like noses. Everyone's got one.

Anyway, thanks for the encouragement for re-devotion!

Hey, thanks so much for your positive reply :)
You certainly sound like your heart's in the right place, and yes of course... with the world we live in today, having so much emphasis on gaining material things, and giving society the ''okay'' for immoral acts etc, it's very hard to live the right way. But hey, at least we don't have to slaughter bulls any more for every sin :L

If there is any sort of advice I can give you, what helps me more than anything else, is to live constantly with God on your mind. So when you are on the Bus... have a think about God... after you have watched a film, or television programme read your bible, or watch a sermon, or go on this site :D As long you life is centred around God... it become a lot easier to focus on what really matters.

Anyway, thanks for the encouragement for re-devotion!
Just... God Bless, you are in my prayers, and my family's prayers now!!!! It is clear you are a mature young man, with a strong desire to walk with Christ :)
