The administration should be doing their job. It isn't on you to do their job for them but if anything ever looks dangerous then it would be wise to report it. The school can put in bathroom monitors, bathroom schedules, cameras facing the outside to see who goes in and out, if vape has thc it can be tested, if vape machines are metal they can be found through a metal detector, clear book bags can be used, and of course strict enforcement. Education on the health issues, risks, and testimonies of those who have been permanently damaged. As an illegal drug for minors it should be treated as such until both child and parents comply.

This would be preventive measures but to treat the problem of addiction, there must be a medical and therapeutic response just as any addiction.
