I believe you can if you repent. But, I'd be careful with that, lol. Who says you are going to have time to repent. And your repent better be a real one and not some made up one.
How would you repent if you killed yourself? lol

cutting your jugular gives you 32 seconds until you pass out from blood loss and a believe like a minute or two before you die. So, you have 32 seconds to make right with God.

Personally, i dont see the need to repent from suicide to get to heaven. I dunno i guess i see that as putting God in a box and making our salvation rely on whether we asked for forgiveness or not. I believe God cast our sins into the depths of the sea, washed us completely clean, and cast our sins as far as the east is from the west, i dont believe it relies on our repentance. But i do believe in repentance itself, its a natural urge every christian gets.

i mean, for instance, what if someone got angry at someone else, took Gods name in vain, then got struck by lightning and died instantly. he couldnt repent, so therefore does he go to hell or heaven?

I understand exactly what you are saying. But by killing yourself you are basically saying. You know what God, you obviously created me flawed, and my life stinks. I don't trust you enough to give you strength, so up yours I'm offing myself.

yeah sometimes. but not all suicides are out of anger. some kill themselves because they have no hope, others are overwhelmed with fear, still others just cannot see a way out. And for me, i believe the verse that says nothing can take away the love of God in Romans. So to me, it doesnt matter what we do, or say. Gods love reaches far beyond that. And not trusting God and blaming Him is exactly what most unsaved ppl are doing, and yet God loves them enough to ignore that and lavish his love on them and save them.

First off, let's clear something up. The love of God is different than being saved. God loves us who aren't saved as well. So don't think that the two are the same, because they aren't. Now about suicide, no matter what your motives are for doing it you are basically telling God that he didn't make you good enough and that there is nothing that he could do to get you out of the situation you are in. So you are telling God up yours basically.

I believe there are two kinds of love God has. One that is limited that goes towards the unsaved and one that is overflowing that goes towards the saved. Now what i believe also is that no matter what we do or say (even if its 'up yours' to God) Gods love doesnt end. When God makes a promise its eternal, it lasts forever. So to me when God says you are saved, thats it.

I believe that is very unbiblical and an opinion that is infact proved wrong with scripture. So let's put it this way. Christ comes and lays down his life for EVERYBODY, that sounds like an overflowing love right there. God loves us all, and that's why he came down manifested as Jesus and died for us. I would love to see some scripture that says that God loves believers and unbelievers in different measures.

Also, this verse tells me that no one not even us can make God reject us from salvation." 28I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. 29My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all[d]; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. 30I and the Father are one." Notice how Christ emphasises no one can stop our eternal life? first he says no one can take them from His hand, then he emphasises the Fathers power, and then says no one can snatch them out of the Fathers hand either.

He never said no one can stop our eternal life. He said no one can snatch them out of his father's hand. We are all in God's hand even if we aren't saved. We are his children. God's hand is always upon our life.

OH definitely. What i mean is that Gods love is only overflowing towards us because it is us who gets the blessings, the rewards, eternal life, sanctification and salvation. The love towards the unsaved doesnt encompass these things, thought absolutely it includes certain blessings for them, the offer of salvation, the chance at eternal life/sanctification/rewards, etc

the 'them' talked about there though are christians. We are the sons and daughters of the Father, thats why we are in his Hand. I guess when i saw those verses i interpreted it a different way to you, which is fine your quite entitled to ur opinion. But what is ur opinion then, on 'they shall never perish'

I don't agree with you though. Many unsaved get blessings straight from God. What about healing? I know a few people that aren't christian that have been prayed for and healed. Salvation is not just for us though. For God so loved the WORLD that he gave...... now God has offered salvation up to EVERYONE, all we have to do is accept it, and follow God's comandments.

We are not the only son's and daughters though. The unsaved are also the children of God. Thus why God is the shepard trying to herd the lost sheep.
