Actually, yes it does. One red flag is that the URL is absurdly long. URL's are NOT that lengthy.. I researched that link to look for user reviews, not a single thing related to that website came up. Also, the (legit) Army does NOT give you another questionnaire to fill out, once you've been rejected. And if there IS a new questionnaire, they'd already have put it out on their site. A third red flag is, there is no number to contact them at, not even an email address. I'm telling you, this is a scam.
Look them up on Google and see who'll come up.

To be fair to them, you do not try the medical straight away, you get the medical AFTER passing some stages of the recruitment process. They don't have the medical on their site, they just give you a link to it after they're happy with you and after passing the first stages of the recruitment process. It's what they did first time too. They have changed some of the medical restrictions that prevent you from joining. But even under the current ones I shouldn't be allowed.
