Well, IMO there's no shame to be " old "...for with age usually comes wisdom...
and people are like wine...
old wine is usually the best one...so I don't whine...

Adam lived to be 930 years old, imagine meeting him and asking is being 21 old? Physically were young it is all in your head, Spiritually age doesn't matter I think cause we'll live forever :)
